My friend, who was assaulted
outside her work at the convenience store/gas station, will be off work for awhile. She participates in local community theater. She is in the summer show. She plans to continue with her part in the show. She loves the local theater, and she will not allow her attacker to deprive her of this.
I must not miss the show!

She had a reason to be out at that hour. Her attacker did not.
