83% of voters who broke for Trump in the final days think Harris and the Democrats support using taxpayer dollars to pay for transgender surgeries for undocumented immigrants in prison.

77% believe Democrats support allow minors to transition genders without informing parents.

Trump did not fight the policy (aka followed the law as determined by FBP). VP Harris also said she would follow the law. Not sure how it was a 'Trump policy' exactly. Both seem to have been in support of FBP policy ......

...primary situation on which the right has had its focus over the last (roughly) three years. Jen Psaki is mischaracterizing the right's position that there are many cases to be considered. It is correct that there are not many cases of unfairness, but to the right, that one example is example enough.

The Democrats need to win elections to expand rights. Right or wrong, ignoring how independents think and see these issues will guarantee that Democrats will not regain the power necessary to expand human rights and will set trans rights back across the board.
Which is more important...the right to basic health care or the right to participate in sports? It is highly unlikely that both would be achievable simultaneously. Remember that elections need to be won first: at least, that is something that must be considered.

7. I have to be the ultimate devil's advocate: those ads that had Lia Thomas towering over her fellow team-mates

that were broadcast during the ultimate (predominantly "Bro" ) sports events--NFL, NCAA football, etc. were devastating visuals to those already inclined to believe any of the lies or perhaps to be pondering the issue for the first time.

I understand why the Harris campaign did not want to address them directly, but damn, that really did some harm.

And yes, the intensely minute prevalence of the problem can be emphasized until the cows come home, but... A lot of viewers--including parents of girls with little information on the issue-- apparently found the rarity of trans women/girls on sports teams --while likewise not addressing their concerns--to be all but confirmatory of those concerns. We have a lot of work to do on that score it seems.
