2. I can't imagine how he did it, but he was inspiring throughout and I'm certainly grateful!

by increasing their visbility, Senator Booker the last 24 hours is the first to pique my interest a little. He checks a lot boxes!

I wouldnt hold my breath on the governor taking back his ‘toxic’ comment. It looks like he’s going to try to camp out in the meaty part of the political bell curve for the time-being. Just look at the cozying up to bill Maher and acting like best buds with Charlie Kirk and Steve Bannon.

Tim Walz too clearly is trying to keep himself in the spotlight, lately.

I’d take Senator Booker over those two easily. I hope this is just the beginning of him to be a voice of the Party. We are in need of one!

6. Oh, I sure agree that Senator Booker emerged as a Democratic hero and a leader tonight

That's the thing, until now we hadn't seen any Democrat that stood out as presidential nomination material. And I have to agree that Governor Newsom's current attitude has canceled him out, though before this he seemed a likely prospect. Hakeem Jeffries is another prospect, but I've been counting him as our next Speaker, all he's been doing since Nancy Pelosi stepped aside prepared him for that.

Booker could do that quite well!

Hoepfully, he’s being encouraged by a broad cross-section of the Party the last few hours to take up that mantle. Go, Cory, go!

8. I'm guessing that wasn't his prime motivation, he likely just got so sick of all that we're been experiencing

So I hope that he gets a good long rest, but doesn't lose his motivation!
