The datacentre and AI boffins need to be reminded that infrastructure in the form of water supply and energy is not there for their taking as they please.
Or that states will supply those on demand.
Otherwise we are in for a dystopian future where adults and children in rags forage for food scraps in the waste piles in full view of some big shiny tech monoliths.
