A slurring Trump, who could barely read his prepared remarks, announced to the world today that the reason Trump is "taking over" and "taking control" of Venezuela is because Big Oil made him do it. 1. For why Trump do that?

I'm in shock, so my grammatical skills may be a bit off . . .

I can think of a number of reasons why Trump did that.

1. Trump wants to rule the world, so he picks on weaker countries.
(Greenland may be next.)

2. Trump wants control over the oil reserves.
(Worth a lot of money, and Trump likes money.)

3. Emulating the Obama initiated strike on Osama bin Laden.

4. Epstein distraction.

And the BIG one!

5. Congress? Approval? I don't need no stinkin' approval for anything I do!

I think if Trump now thinks he has taken over Venezuela, he may be in for some disappointment.

When I first heard this shocking news late last night, my first thought was that Congress wasn't in session to approve this attack!

So you're right, the felon-in-chief believes he can do anything lawless without Congress approval. Though he may have given Republicans John Thune and Marco Rubio a heads up, he continues to ignore the Democrats.

i am very skeptical that any number of venezuelan gangsters were invading and killing millions of american children with weaponized fentanyl. but i'm kind of a skeptical guy.

6. A presser is one who, mostly in the past, but still for some, presses pants, sheets and other items to make them look

sharper and cleaner than they really are.

It's also the machine that does the pressing.

It is only unhinged when the president that he/she/it is pressing is so fat, that's the only way one can get him between the hot parts.
