Obviously they missed the December 19th deadline and their excuse is that these millions were just "discovered"

(250,056 posts)4. I don't know where they "discovered" this cache of documents, but I read that they have 400 lawyers working on them
And now their proposed due date is January 20th. And because they missed the deadline, which was required by law, Reps. Ro Khanna and Thomas Massie, who spearheaded the legislation, are speaking with other members of Congress about holding Pam Bondi in contempt.

It seems to me that they just happen to discover new documents and files right before
or right on the date they were supposed to have submitted any and all such information
because of a court order as a means to delay the process.
