In breaking news, the US Supreme Court 9-0 in a case called Abouammo, has dealt a major blow to Trump’s efforts to use hand picked MAGA US Attorneys in Red States with favorable judges to investigate prosecute and indict his targets, in a new decision that makes clear that the only proper venue for a purported crime is where the “essential” conduct of the crime occurred, not where the favorable prosecutor or judge lives.

Michael Popok explains that this should destroy the DOJ’s “grand conspiracy” prosecution being conducted in Florida with Judge Cannon, against President Obama, former CIA Dir. John O Brennan, former FBI Dir. I am thinking that the USSC will be ruling 7 to 2 against the felon, possibly 8 to 1, in future cases. There is a growing recognition that he is damaging the Rule of Law that has even the "conservatives" concerned.

The felon's recent antics are turning even his public supporters against him, let alone all but MAGA Republicans and he's totally lost Independents.

It is essential that our party focus on getting those independent votes, rather than thinking many maga/republicans will vote for our candidates.
