(4,318 posts)I'd love to see her make an ad out of this clip -- for herself, and for the Harris Campaign!
Do you reckon the R's know they're totally screwed with women? Are they actually surprised that women want their civil and human rights, just like men want? Are they shocked that we women won't back down until we get our human rights back? We've yet to go to the U.N., but I'd be ready to start picketing the U.N. if push comes to shove with our government. And I'm one of those childless (right now) cat ladies that pregnancy no longer "matters" to me... hah! I've got sisters of family and of heart who could still get pregnant... one for whom pregnancy would be most difficult, considering she has stage 4 kidney disease! I've also got nieces and cousins and friends' daughters with whom I'm close. Don't tell me pregnancy doesn't affect me... if it affects one woman anywhere, it affects me!

(25,443 posts)Virginia Foxx, not so much. Please let's not forget that all women are not created equal.
Foxx an 'R' is the one that said, "Shut up!" on the Capitol steps. Remember her?
And some people will literally, without knowing party affiliations just vote for the woman.
Everyone should have researched their candidates by now.
I do love BTC though, slightlv and I appreciate your thought provoking post.

(6,883 posts)......... month (?) Elissa Slotkin's ad was the first thing I saw. It angered me every time until I saw this video of her standing up to her opponent.
I stopped what I was doing and sent her a donation.
The ads were annoying, but her performance deserved a cash donation, which she received. to Elissa !!!
