Here Is 1 Of My 5 Answers To Your Weekly Questions - Andrew Weissmann

Here are the five questions:

Question 1: “How can Trump and Musk repeatedly lie to the American people without consequences? Shouldn’t the presidency have standards similar to workplace accountability where repeated dishonesty leads to dismissal?”

Question 2: “How soon do you expect the Supreme Court to intervene in these legal and constitutional battles?”

Question 3: “If Trump refuses to comply with judicial rulings and essentially says, ‘Make me,’ what is the likelihood that U.S. Marshals would follow through on a court order to take him or any other White House official into custody?”

Question 4: “Whose job is it to apprehend and jail members of the administration held in contempt? Does that organization report to the president, and could he compel them not to enforce the court order?”

Question 5: “What are the legal and ethical concerns surrounding the DOJ’s motion to dismiss the case against Eric Adams, and could it be a political tool to exert control over him?” - 02/19/2025.

but damn... Somehow their truth needs to come out to the masses who cannot afford to provide that financial support via subscriptions. Q#3 and 4, especially.
