Tim Miller takes on the latest disgrace from the Trump administration: the U.S. government knowingly deported a legal immigrant—a father and husband to US citizens—to a brutal prison in El Salvador. He had legal protection. He had no criminal record. ICE admitted it was an “administrative error.”

...and to retrieve all the others who were deported there. Simultaneously, they need to stop this program that treats the requirement that due process be followed in deportation as completely unnecessary.

All further deportations from the US should be halted until it can be guaranteed that proper due process be followed.
