The reason they are losing elections is not because their policies aren't popular its because of gerrymandering and voter suppression.

Texas for instance would be a lot bluer or even blue if the will of the voters there was honored. Same is likely true for other red states.

The only way I can think of to level the playing field is to fight fire with fire.

Blue states need to consider using ANY TOOL they have to win be it gerrymandering or kicking repubs off the voting rolls.

Perhaps when the repubs get a dose of their own medicine administered by people (dems) smart enough to do it right we can get back to a level playing field and can then go back to being nice.
