Federal Judge Rules Against Trump on California National Guard Deployment - Glenn Kirschner
Federal court judges from coast to coast - federal court judges appointed by every president dating back to Ronald Reagan - have consistently called out Donald Trump's lawlessness while ruling against his efforts to militarize the streets of American cities.
In connection with Trump's determination to keep troops in the streets of Los Angeles, Judge Charles Breyer just directed the Trump administration to "return control of the California National Guard to governor Newsom."
