Judge UNLOADS on Trump DOJ & DEMANDS Release of Abrego Garcia IMMEDIATELY - Legal AF

In breaking news, Federal Judge Paula Xinis has GRANTED Kilmar Abrego Garcia's motion to be immediately released from ICE detention, finding that there has NEVER been a proper order of removal out of the country for him and therefore his detention is illegal.

Michael Popok also notes that the Judge believes that the DOJ has been in contempt of her orders and that she has threatened to take action against them for not telling the truth in her court. - 12/11/2025.

He will be re-arrested the second he steps foot outside of the detention facility. They will come up with another bullshit charge.
