Can we start a letter to Dem leadership?

This moment of crisis needs so much more from the Dems, even if it means them chaining themselves to various media outlets to inform the country about the crisis of lawlessness by our executive branch along with negligence of Congress.

I've been sending emails to Schiff and my Congressman Dave Minn. So far no response. Nicolle Wallace has invited Schumer and Jeffries to come on Deadline Whitehouse. No response. Only the BBC is broadcasting the dangerous maneuvering going on.

Can we unite to have our voices United in one plea to our representatives?

Can you think through what specific form & content this "voices United in one plea" can take? Like an open letter ancianita Feb 8 #3

I posted about getting publicity via social media and TV ads promoting the Democratic Platform for 2024 vs Project 2025. Also point out that MAGA making democratic institutions the boogeyman has done just as much harm to all of us as lying about your own platform.

Maybe DU can do this via Bluesky. Or Facebook and Instagram. Algorithm is going to prevent getting them where they need to be seen though. Maybe buy time on FOX News.

Also we can use this article as seed.

Trump inherits a labor market at full employment. Can he keep it there?

Watching Finding Your Roots with Jose Andres. His Spanish ancestor braved the political winds to become very dedicated to Progressive and Humanitarian concerns. Trump often says we are a horrible country which commits atrocities and is full of corruption. Clearly with the intention of corrupting White House on a level we never imagined possible in our lifetime.

We need to remind those who regret voting for him about how little regard he holds this country in. He instantly and thoroughly broke his oath of office. FOX viewers probably have no idea.

Whether or not it makes a difference I feel we really need to get the truth out there.

Had an email on Wednesday saying she would consider each cabinet pick fairly. So far, I don’t know how many she has voted for.

I know we don't have the votes but, showing some figuratively junkyard dog snarl, bark and bite tells them we're not push overs and it's not going to be easy for them. In the mean time, hopefully our team is pouring over the Constitution and law books like a Penske NASCAR crew chef for a way to gain an advantage. Might be some useful tools in the gray areas.
