Trading blocks

I'm not thinking about seceding from the Union. But, I like the idea of trading blocks among the Blue States. We could establish Barter Blocks for services. No money changes hands, just pledges and understandings. We don't have to trade with Red States. They don't seem to want us, anyway.

It's like when you see "Sister Cities." What's that mean? The Buddy System. Not sanctuary cities, which is eventually going to be suppressed by repubs. Just friendly "pen pal cities" with commitments. We could include Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico...(are they blue or red?)...Someone with a business could expand and maybe make a go of it, doing only business with Blue States. Establish private shipping, not the USPS.

Farming and food products could reasonably be sustained. Feeding people by barter and providing services back and forth might be a pathway to survivability until we can rid our country from the fascist, Nazi vermin. Make no mistake, fresh water will be the most sought after commodity on the planet.

and I don't see how politicizing trade and availability helps us a lot. Blue consumers will do a really good job boycotting, just look at Canadians.

I'm picking up signals the economy is stalling, but it could be just the weather which is very cold. No one is on the roads for weeks. This is abnormal.

Kohl's, who hasn't sent me email for their deals in months, is suddenly every day now ... that's a panic signal. Ditto for a regional supermarket ... 3x a week instead of 2ce a month.
