I've had COVID twice - long COVID after the first one. Most of the identified problems have resolved. The one continuing problems - blood glucose is higher and less predictable. I used to be able to control it very precisely with diet - now it is all over the place.
Pretty sure I've been exposed at least twice this week. On Monday I was told one of my professors had COVID so I shouldn't expect to see him this week . . . but I've seen him twice. I'm still masking virtually all the time, so I'm relatively safe. But I hope we aren't starting a little wave through the school.
And - I am expecting to be told I shouldn't continue to vaccinate (I get a month of severe headaches after each vaccination - the last one sent me to the ER).
