In Greenland and Canada, probably. Greenland is already under the aegis of the EU and NATO, so Trump's claim of needing to protect Greenland from Russia is pure BS. But a new huge deposit of rare earth minerals has supposedly been found in Tanbreez, Greenland, which its discovers claim may be the 3rd largest REE deposit in the world, and no doubt that is what Trump is really after. I'm not sure how Russia would play into that, since neither the US nor Russia has much expertise in developing rare earth minerals. China is by far the leader in that field, but Australia has been developing its REE technologies.
