How would anyone of Trump's alleged intelligence and stature allow himself to pose for this photograph? Why would he allow himself to look like an Alzheimer's patient-- unless he's so unaware of his appearance that this photo, alone, roughly conforms with the notion that he DOES have Alzheimer's Disease. It's only the protective cocoon around him that keeps his affliction from the general public.
