Why WAS a 75-Year-Old Man in ICE Custody?

If the administration had run for office on a platform of promising to find the abuelas and abuelos of the American Southwest or in Hispanic areas or our urban centers, they would not have been likely to win enough votes to claim victory.

Why was he there at all? That's the first quesion in my mind. The rest is a litany of criminal charges and offenses that should be brought forth, tried in courts and once convicted, justice should fall heavy on the responsible from the very top to the assclown that grabbed the man and took him into custody at all.
