(37,369 posts)The keystoning is the same angle for both the fence and the White House. It's much harder to judge buildings against people, since people can stand at an angle, can lean in or out, etc. But the two things in the photo which have straight edges appear as they would with keystone distortion caused by the camera image plane not being parallel to the scene being photographed.
From the side of the building this is taken from, there is no cross bar at the bottom of the fence - there is a cement curb, but no cross bar. The curb is below the image.
As another poster noted, she has her hand on the fence, not his face.
I can't vouch for the validity of the photo, or the identity of the people in it, but - as one who uses photoshop regularly, and who just spent a semester working with a large format camera to both capture and correct keystoning - the angles you are mentioning are more consistent with someone who doesn't know what they were doing with a camera, than someone using Photoshop.
