She has a lot of competition, like Lindsey Graham for example, but for pure evil hypocrisy, Collins takes the cake. Who can forget her vote for Kavanaugh when everyone who mattered, everyone, including her own constituents, were pleading with her to vote 'nay'.

Susan's concerns, disappointments, her rationalizations are a smokescreen to camouflage her rotten black heart. It is no surprise that she's a yes on Krasnov's big brutal atrocity. The gullible see the murderer only when they feel a knife underneath the rib cage. The not so gullible revel in the carnage. Susan's 'concern's' are essentially sadistic carnal pleasure.
