Even if he left the country (which he can't do without losing all of his businesses), we have an extradition treaty with S. Africa.

The people who did the (alleged) tabulator rigging were Musk, his people, and Palantir. If that (alleged) scheme happened as has been suggested, it was a highly technical operation, way beyond anything Trump could ever direct or even understand. So there's no way Musk could use that (alleged) activity as leverage. He'd be slitting his own throat.
