27. Is it "jury nullification" or a righteous reaction to "trumped up" charges?

A lot of these ICE arrests seem to be peaceful, lawful protesters being victimized by over-aggressive and poorly-trained deputized thugs.

Do the authorities in these cases have any evidence that the protesters went beyond their First Amendment Rights?
