Start carrying pepper spray. It is legal. Have it at the ready. You have every right to defend yourself if men approach you wearing masks and dark glasses, no badges, insignia or ID on their clothing, grabbing, threatening, yelling obscenities of slurs at you.

At all times, keep your doors (at home or in your car) locked. Keep your windows rolled up. Do not answer your door if you are not expecting anyone. Have friends or family text you if they are coming to visit.

THERE ARE COPYCATS OUT THERE. PEOPLE WHO HAVE NO AFFILIATIONS WITH LAW ENFORCEMENT. PROTECT YOURSELF.
