I can't decide if Carr fully understands how incredibly stupid his statements are. Just lying for the base on Nutsmax or is he really that dumb?

Once the merger deal is done, CBS can then tell the "ombudsmen" to go fuck themselves. There's really nothing the regime can do to them at that point that wouldn't be tied up in the courts for eons.
