Have used different language to describe the good Samaritan. I know Pitt County, NC. Very well.

Indeed, many places in NC are still fighting the Civil War with hoods passed down from their great great grand parents still hanging in their closets with their work clothes.

Thankfully, not all North Carolinians are ignorant racist fools.
