There was more hand-wringing over the price of eggs a year ago than there is now for inflation of food.

Ground chuck is more expensive, $ 6.00+ per pound. That's hamburger, not a strip steak. It cost $ 1.99 a pound on sale a year ago.

Sure, we could import more beef from Brazil, but Dear Leader is putting a 50% tariff on imports from that country.
