9. I confused! Wouldn't NE'rs have wanted The Red Sox to win?

I'm a NYC'r and Mets fan.

I was stuck late at work doing a different job paste ups & mechanicals bc the Art Director was on vaction, and they knew I had a former background in it.

Finally we're done! Go running to the subway. On my train switch station I see someone w a boom box. "Whats happening?!" I yell up to the mezzanine.
Game is still on!

Get home in time for the last 6 up at bat.

We win !!!

Went to the ticker tape parade! 🎉
Glorious fun! 😄 🧡
