60. Sometimes good, sometimes not so good....

I have to remember and I usually take 1 day, have to try 2 with no news. This past Sunday I didn't follow any news. It was wonderful. A mental health day.👍

Otoh, I have a vivid imagination married to worrying so I have to fend off when the doom & gloom starts up. Eeeeps!

I do have a lot of interests that I can distract myself with. Thank goodness!
