28. I read the linked stories. I can find no reference to a stop work order.

I can find that Trump was "urged" to stop work but I can't find that someone with the power to do so has issued an order.

The East Wing has been demolished. There may be time to stop the construction of Trump's monstrosity but the damage is done.
