12. The son ... how many millions of us are going through the same thing?

He must really love his father to try to save him from such hate and stupidity. I gave up trying to save my father from this years ago. Now his dementia is so advanced, it doesn't matter much.

There is much we don't know about the human brain. I wonder if all those years of cult brainwasking correlate with the strongest cases of dementia as they age. I guess my father had a steady died of 20+ years of Fox before we got him into an environment where they actively try to steer people away from the worst of mind-numbing teevee.
