This is a woman whose face is blurred, talking on video, nothing more. It has zero court imprimatur. It was never submitted to a court, it's not a sworn deposition, it's not testimony, nothing like that. Again not your fault, you just used the name given by the authors, no biggie, just letting everyone know.

Not trying to tell anyone else what to think, but I've never bought this performance. Not back in the day, and even less so now. To me it sounds canned, like it's formulated to hit on specific anti-Trump talking points (repeatedly). More importantly, I cannot imagine any person ever recounting this all so matter-of-factly and unemotionally if it actually happened to them when they were 13.

I could quote chapter and verse regarding why the "Katie Johnson" story screams hoax to me from top to bottom (there's lots of reasons why I firmly believe that, not just this unconvincing video), so if you're curious, just ask, I have notes handy, even.
