financial power to do so nor the intelligence -- remember this chaos is affecting more than the US. The coordinators and financial backers of this chaos are the oldigarchs. They are afraid of losing their power and generational power.

IMO our comments/commentaries should place the responsibility for what's happening here and worldwide on the oldigarchs, not the MAGA -- even though they are participants.
