Lets propose an Amendment that says Congress shall have the authority to void any pardon issued by a president, by simple majority, provided a court finds probable cause that pardon was issued for nefarious reasons. PROBABLE CAUSE ONLY, should be the floor.
Next time some fascist fuckhead pulls a J6, those traitors STAY in jail.

I'd bet right now you could get that ratified before the next presidential election.
