There is a lot of fat and carbs in that pyramid, the results won't be any different.
And if you don't get the pesticides and growth hormones out you're wind up with a lot of cancer.
Karl Marx was accused of turning the world upside down. This diet is more scrambled than anything else.

To me, the chart implies that red meat is as healthy to eat as chicken and fish.
