In the shooting today, did anyone else see the two men who initially blocked the woman's car [View all]

hightail it back to their own car once they realized the woman was shot? I was wondering if there was any protocol for their retreat? They must have noticed she was hit so they ran back to their cars in fear? Or was it because they thought they were going to give chase? It just seemed to be a delayed reaction if it was the latter.
