Not just poorly trained (if trained at all) but incredibly STUPID. Icy road and you move in front of a car? Is the murderer from Florida and never experienced winter?

One thug trying to get into her car, so of course she wanted to move. But one doesn't work up much traction/speed on ice. She wasn't attacking anyone, she was trying to get out of the way and THEY attacked her then murdered her.

We The People demand names
