Both the shooter, and KKKristy. There’s probable cause, particularly since this looks a lot like poor training and supervision since it looks like he didn’t follow the protocol for discharging a firearm in this type of situation, and there is one. Did he receive instruction? Who’s job is it to see that this is done?
