We keep calling them ICE but are they really?

A very good reporter Jakob Soberov, I know I misspelled his last name, asked the question about whether they were properly trained? I screamed at the TV, these Gestapo are doing exactly what Krasnov wants them to do, they have no laws no rules to follow and that is by design. Fuck they even prevented a doctor from examining the victim, one doesn't need training to allow a doctor to render aid to someone who was shot, one needs compassion, one needs empathy. They are doing exactly as told, and killing people who get in their way is just fine.
