And so of course after he murdered her, she slumped over and the car went out of control.

So big wow if he got hurt. It was a self-inflicted wound. If he hadn't murdered her - the car wouldn't have gone out of control.

And no - I'm not 'innocent until proven guilty' when it's Blackshirts/a Presidential Paramilitary Organization.
