11. A woman named Brenna Perez broke it down frame by frame

You can see that both of his feet are to the left of her front left tire as he shoots. (starts around the 30 second mark) If there was any contact with the car, it was because he was leaning over it. The video shows her clearly turning the wheels to avoid th murderer.
