22. Shooter had no physical contact with vehicle.

This is a straight up lie to misdirect. We did not even see the agent who had his arm inside the vehicle break the window. The shooter was in front of the car. If the car grazed him, and I don’t think it did, there still would be no cut. Bullshit tales for those who love being lied to.
