38. How are they identifying this guy? Are they guessing?

Thursday

Not enough of his face is shown in the photo to know his real identity.

Just because some federal agent got dragged and injured in an incident last summer, it doesn't mean this is the same guy. I'm going to hold off until we really know the shooter's name. It should be corroborated by the DHS at least.
