And my frame-by-frame review of the video from the front perspective doesn't match with theirs. They acknowledged that "And it’s true that at this moment, in this grainy, low-resolution footage, it does look like the agent is being struck by the SUV." They ultimately concluded, "we can see the agent is not being run over."

There is a significant difference between saying there was no contact between the agent and the car, and the agent was not being run over. I completely agree he was not run over. I also completely agree that his feet were not in the path of the vehicle. Neither rules out there not being contact in the mid-section, which is what is clear to me from the video, especially when I slow the only video which shows his midsection down to quarter speed.
