"Due Process" - It's not being delivered [View all]

There is a process for almost every legal action. Something that is "due" is owed to someone.

When it comes to immigrants, or migrants, or even US Citizens who speak with an accent or have skin a slightly different color, what is "DUE" is that the government must follow the "PROCESS" whenever they deal with such people. What is "DUE" is respect for the individual and for the laws that govern immigration issues. That "PROCESS" is "DUE" to everyone.

Right now, the "PROCESS" is not being followed and a lot of people to whom that "PROCESS" is "DUE" are being terribly mistreated by people whose job it is to follow that "PROCESS."

That is how it is supposed to work. When it does not, someone is breaking the law. It is that simple.

Everyone must be given "DUE PROCESS." Period. We should never tolerate out own law enforcers who do not provide "DUE PROCESS."
