I think the idiots on the right are claiming that this is because her vehicle hit the murderer. However all it really shows is that as he was drawing his weapon to kill her, his attention was not on holding his cell phone steady.

In any event, why is he even using his phone to record this interaction?

My belief is that he moved to the front of the vehicle to "block her in" so they could arrest her for "obstruction" ( although it would never go to trial because she had already waved another ICE vehicle past where she was parked, clearly they were not being obstructed ). I think he was prepared to draw and shoot first because of his anger ( and fear ) from the previous interaction with a vehicle where he was dragged with his arm being cut by the glass that HE BROKE. He should have never been back in the field. He clearly had issues with protesters and "liberals". He was already primed to kill even before encountering Renee...

The kicker is the two shots through the open driver side window as she drove her car PAST him. He clearly was not in any danger at that point, and could determine that he was not in any dangerr. If either of those shots was the "kill shot", he should face intentional murder ( 1st degree ) charges, if the fatal shot was the one through the windshield then negligent homicide or manslaughter. Either way he needs to be in prison for a very long time.
