or never knew in the first place that the US signed a treaty after the Cuban Missile Crisis to not invade Cuba after the removal of the missiles.

Or is that treaty as worthless as the agreement that Russia made with Ukraine as they surrendered all the nuclear weapons on their territory to Russia after the breakup of the USSR to never invade the UKR?
