No Title of Nobility shall be granted by the United States: And no Person holding any Office of Profit or Trust under them, shall, without the Consent of the Congress, accept of any present, Emolument, Office, or Title, of any kind whatever, from any King, Prince, or foreign State.

trump is president of the usa, an office of trust, and may not acceot any office (president) from a foreign state such as Venezuela

1. as president of venezuela he is subject to their laws and constitution. and

2. his purported immunity for crimes as us president could not apply to his official duties in venezuela..
