Figure I've seen is $236 billion as of mid Dec 2025
That figure includes pre-existing tariff revenue
But Trump told the media they had collected $600 billion (another lie)

But a bunch of that money has already been promised to be redistributed to industries
Some of it would go to budgets spending the prior existing tariff money.
Tariffs are apparently costing households $1,800/yr for 2025

260 million adults x $2,000 = $520 billion
After redistribution to industries and previous tariffs earmarked for budget, he's not going to have $520 billion

And of course, on what authority over Congress can Trump hand out that cash?
