1. A wealthy liberal would have to step up and make an offer

This is the problem with many wealthy liberals. Even when they have money they don’t do much with the power. Sure, we see some charitable giving and foundations and that’s great. Some give to democrats. In some ways that’s even better.

But they do a shit job of actually effectively messaging. But I think a lot of that stems with the party itself. There’s no immediate dissemination of talking points. Even when not in power republican talking points are echoed throughout the airways almost immediately. Hell on the right, they brazenly signal that they’re turning CBS into a propaganda network, while anyone with half a brain cell knows Fox already has been one around thirty years.

Some of this is due to the rest of the media which is nearly worthless at this point, but it also shows a real discipline from the right.

On the dem side you have 10 dem senators/reps invited to speak and Fetterman gives an answer basically kissing Trump’s ass, and a few more that are so mealy mouthed, by the end the average viewer has no idea what the party stands for.

Sorry, tl;dr I agree with you, but if a wealthy liberal does buy it they need to really utilize it right.
